Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking for your AMELUNA order.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders $50+. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Most ready-to-ship orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Limited-edition drops and made-to-order / customized cases may take longer. If extra production time applies, it will be noted on the product page.
Delivery estimates
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: typically 5–10 business days after shipment
- International: typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (holidays, major drops) may add a few days.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your AMELUNA order total.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track My Order page for step-by-step help.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a typo, contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us.
